Observation

Staking type toy has plastic rings that are less than an inches across and pose a choking hazard to children. Plastic film added to the sliding glass doors, is peeling and poses a choking hazard. No sticker or artwork posted on patio glass door/window. Mulpitle nails protuding out of the fence posing a cutting hazard. Multiple slats in the outdoor fencing are bowed outward allowing for fingers to get behind posing a pinching hazard for children. Several cabinets are not secured to the wall and pose a tipping hazard to children. 2 cabinets are by the fire place, one cabinet by eating table and window, one cabinet by the large wall, and one cabinet by the front door. Window accessible to children, opens more than 3 1/2 inches.
